基于舒适化护理理论的护理对支气管肺炎儿童治疗依从性及家属满意度的影响

Effect of Nursing Based on Comfort Nursing Theory on Treatment Compliance and Family Satisfaction of Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的 分析基于舒适化护理理论的护理对支气管肺炎儿童治疗依从性及家属满意度的影响。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年5月厦门市第五医院治疗的92例支气管肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各46例。观察组采用基于舒适化护理理论的护理,对照组采用常规护理。对比两组护理前后依从性、舒适度评分、肺功能改善情况、患儿症状消退时间、住院时间、患儿家属满意度、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组支气管肺炎患儿护理后依从性、FEV1、FVC、Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组支气管肺炎患儿咳嗽、咽痛、肺啰音、发热、流涕等症状恢复时间和住院时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组家属总满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组并发症(惊厥、头晕、恶心呕吐)发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 基于舒适化护理理论的护理对提升支气管肺炎儿童治疗依从性及家属满意度有非常积极的影响,并有利于促进患儿肺功能改善,减少并发症发生,缩短患儿症状消除时间和住院时间。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing based on comfort nursing theory on treatment compliance and family satisfaction of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods Ninety-two children with bronchopneumonia treated at Xiamen Fifth Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 46 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The observation group received nursing based on the theory of comfort care,while the control group received routine nursing.The compliance,comfort score,pulmonary function improvement,symptom resolution time,hospital stay,family satisfaction and complications of the two groups of children with bronchopneumonia were compared before and after nursing.Results The compliance,FEV1,FVC and Kolcaba scores of children with bronchopneumonia after nursing in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The recovery time and hospital stay of children with bronchopneumonia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications such as convulsion,dizziness,rash and stomach discomfort was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing based on the comfort nursing theory has a very positive impact on improving the treatment compliance and family satisfaction of children with bronchopneumonia,and is conducive to improving the lung function of children with bronchopneumonia,reducing the occurrence of complications,shortening the time of symptom resolution and hospital stay.
