摘要
目的 探讨脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者采用间歇性经口管饲联合精细化营养管理的临床效果。方法 本文的观察对象为我院2021年12月至2023年12月收治的50例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者,通过随机数字表法将观察对象均匀分为两组,分组后分别命名为对照组与观察组,各组的患者例数均为25例。对照组采用持续性鼻饲管饲联合精细化营养管理,观察组采用间歇性经口管饲联合精细化营养管理。对比两组的容积-黏度吞咽测试(V-VST)、护理前后的营养水平和生活质量及鼻胃管综合征发生率。结果 在容积-黏度吞咽测试分级的比较上,观察组优于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,在前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(ALB)的比较上,观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。在吞咽障碍患者生活质量量表(EDQo L)比较上,观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。在鼻胃管综合征发生率的比较上,与对照组相比,观察组相对较低(P <0.05)。结论 脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者采用间歇性经口管饲联合精细化营养管理的效果较显著,不仅可以有效改善其吞咽功能,还可以提高其营养水平,减少鼻胃管综合征的发生,提升其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intermittent feeding through oral tube combined with refined nutrition management in patients with swallowing dysfunction in stroke.Methods The observation objects in this paper were 50 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023.The observation objects were evenly divided into two groups by random number table method,which were respectively named control group and observation group,and the number of patients in both groups was 25.The control group received continuous nasal feeding tube feeding combined with refined nutrition management.The observation group was fed intermittently through oral tube combined with refined nutrition management.The volume-viscosity swallowing test(V-VST),nutritional level and quality of life before and after care,and the incidence of nasogastric tube syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results In the comparison of volume-viscosity swallowing test grades,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of prealbumin(PA) and serum albumin(Alb) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The eating disorders quality of life(EDQo L) of dysphagia patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of nasogastric tube syndrome was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of intermittent feeding through oral tube combined with refined nutrition management is significant in stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction,which can not only effectively improve their swallowing function,but also improve their nutritional level,reduce the occurrence of nasogastric tube syndrome,and improve their quality of life.
