预防性护理联合振动排痰法对ICU老年肺部感染患者肺功能、排痰量及效果分析

Analysis of Preventive Nursing Combined with Vibration Sputum Excretion Method on Lung Function,Sputum Output,and Effectiveness in Elderly ICU Patients with PulmonaryInfection

目的 探析预防性护理联合振动排痰法在ICU老年肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年9月本院收治的76例ICU老年肺部感染患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预防性护理联合振动排痰法,比较两组护理效果。结果 干预后,观察组日排痰量更多(P<0.05)。观察组腋温恢复正常、痰液、啰音以及白细胞恢复正常和痰菌转阴等所需时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组Pa O_(2)、Sa O_(2)水平均更高,而Pa CO_(2)水平更低(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组PEF、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC均较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 预防性护理联合振动排痰法对ICU老年肺部感染患者顺利排痰、症状消退以及血气和肺功能指标改善均可产生积极影响。

Objective To explore the application effect of preventive nursing combined with vibration sputum expulsion method in elderly patients with pulmonary infection in the ICU.Methods Seventy-six elderly ICU patients with pulmonary infections admitted to our hospital from October2022 to September 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received preventive care combined with vibration sputum expulsion.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the observation group had a higher daily sputum output (P<0.05).The observation group required a shorter time for axillary temperature to return to normal,sputum,rales,and white blood cells to return to normal,and sputum bacteria to negative compared to the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of Pa O_(2) and Sa O_(2) in the observation group were higher,while the levels of Pa CO_(2) were lower (P<0.05).After intervention,the PEF,FVC,and FEV_1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of preventive nursing and vibration sputum evacuation method has a positive impact on the smooth sputum evacuation,symptom resolution,and improvement of blood gas and lung function indicators in elderly patients with pulmonary infection in the ICU.
