基于安全隐患分析的护理干预在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Safety Hazard Analysis in the Care of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的 探究在精神分裂症患者护理中实施基于安全隐患分析的护理干预的效果。方法 选取我院精神科2021年1月至2023年12月住院治疗的76例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组开展基于安全隐患分析的护理干预,比较两组的护理安全事件发生率、焦虑评分、睡眠质量评分、护理依从性、护理质量评分。结果 研究组护理安全事件发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。护理前,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,两组患者SAS评分、PSQI评分均降低,但研究组患者SAS评分和PSQI评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组护理依从性高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组护理制度、护理模式、护理安全以及总体护理质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在精神分裂症患者护理中实施基于安全隐患分析的护理干预的效果十分显著,不仅能够减少护理安全事件的发生,改善患者身心状态,稳定患者病情,同时还能有效提高患者护理依从性,提升护理质量。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing nursing interventions based on safety hazard analysis in the care of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Seventy-six patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in the Department of Psychiatry of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the research group conducted nursing interventions based on safety hazard analysis.The incidence of nursing safety incidents,anxiety scores,sleep quality scores,nursing compliance,and nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing safety incidents in the study group lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,both groups of patients showed a decrease in SAS and PSQI scores,but the SAS and PSQI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the research group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing system,nursing mode,nursing safety,and overall nursing quality scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of nursing interventions based on safety hazard analysis in the care of patients with schizophrenia has a significant effect.It can not only reduce the occurrence of nursing safety incidents,improve patients' physical and mental states,stabilize patients' conditions,but also effectively improve patients' nursing compliance and enhance nursing quality.
