5A06-O铝镁合金差温拉深成形性能研究

摘要 采用单向热拉伸试验测定了5A06-O铝镁合金在150~275℃温热条件下的流变应力曲线及厚向异性系数;通过差温拉深试验研究了5A06-O铝镁合金在温热条件下的极限拉深能力。结果表明:随着温度的升高,材料在3个方向的厚向异性系数先增大后减小,并在250℃达到最大值;极限拉深比并不随着温度的升高而单调增大,在250℃达到最大值2.588,然而随着温度的继续升高,极限拉深比反而下降;250℃成形的拉深件有着最低的减薄率与增厚率,壁厚分布最为均匀;随着温度的升高,拉深速度对成形性能的影响愈加明显。 The flow stress curves and thickness anisotropy coefficients of 5A06-O aluminum-magnesium alloy under warm conditions at 150-275℃were measured by unidirectional hot tension tests.The limiting drawing ability of 5A06-O aluminum-magnesium alloy under warm conditions was studied through differential temperature drawing tests.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the thickness anisotropy coefficients in the three directions of the material first increase and then decrease,and reach the maximum value at 250℃.The limiting drawing ratio does not monotonically increase with the increase of temperature,and reaches the maximum value of 2.588 at 250℃.However,as the temperature continues to increase,the limiting drawing ratio actually decreases.The drawing part formed at 250℃has the lowest thinning rate and thickening rate,and the wall thickness distribution is the most uniform.As the temperature increases,the influence of drawing speed on forming performance becomes more apparent.
