盘扣式钢管模板支撑架高效应用技术

摘要 我国模板支撑钢管脚手架经历从扣件式钢管脚手架、碗扣式钢管脚手架、门式钢管脚手架到盘扣式钢管脚手架的发展历程。针对主流的盘扣式钢管模板支撑架,结合行业标准编制,开展包含节点和整架的试验研究,科学解决其承载力计算和架体杆件合理布置问题。在模板支撑架下部架体构造得到合理解决的基础上,为进一步提高盘扣式钢管模板支撑架利用效率,提出科学解决支撑架顶部承托胶合板模板面板次楞和主楞的办法。在调研并对比国内外工具式模板支撑架上部主次楞产品的线重量、截面刚度EI等主要性能指标基础上,设计出Q355钢异型焊管次楞和主楞,并结合典型的地下室400mm厚顶板,计算分析得出标准型盘扣式钢管模板支撑架的立杆合理间距为1500mm×1800mm。 The development of formwork supported steel scaffold in China has progressed from buckle type,bowl buckle type,door type to disc buckle type steel scaffold.For the prevalent disc buckle steel pipe formwork support frame,combined with industry standards,the test research including the joints and the whole frame is carried out,scientifically solve the bearing capacity calculation and the reasonable layout of the frame.On the basis of reasonable solution to the structure of the lower part of the formwork support frame,in order to further improve the utilization efficiency of disc buckle steel pipe formwork support frame,a scientific method is put forward to solve the primary and secondary rib of the formwork supported on the top support frame.Based on the investigation and comparison of the primary and secondary rib of the tool⁃type formwork support frame at home and abroad,such as linear weight,section stiffness EI and other major performance indicators,Q355 steel special⁃shaped welded pipe primary and secondary rib is designed,combined with the typical 400mm⁃thick roof of basement,it is calculated and analyzed the reasonable distance between the vertical rods of the standard type disk buckle steel pipe formwork support frame is 1500mm×1800mm.
