摘要
盾构法广泛应用于地铁项目区间隧道施工中,其中盾构机始发和接收是盾构施工的关键环节,盾构吊装需占用较大施工空间。为优化车站临时占地、交通疏解及管线迁改方案,盾构接收车站仅单线设置一处盾构吊出井,另一条线考虑盾构平移后吊出。以青岛地铁9号线正阳东路站为例,车站两端区间采用盾构法施工,利用盾构井接收盾构机,再将北侧盾构机平移至南侧盾构吊装井后吊出,并明确了盾构接收井的尺寸及对车站结构柱的要求,阐述了盾构分体平移并吊出的步骤及相应措施。
The shield method is widely used in the tunnel construction of subway projects.The launching and receiving links of the shield machine are the key links of the shield construction,and the shield hoisting needs to occupy a large construction space.In order to optimize the temporary land occupation,traffic relief and pipeline relocation scheme of the station,only one shield lifting well is set up on a single line in the shield receiving station,and the other line is considered to be lifted out after the shield is translated.Taking Zhengyang East Road Station of Qingdao Metro Line 9 as an example,the shield method is used to construct the two ends of the station.The shield machine is received by the shield well,and then the shield machine on the north side is translated to the shield hoisting well on the south side and then hoisted out.The size of the shield receiving well and the requirements for the structural column of the station are clarified,and the steps and corresponding measures for the shield to be translated and hoisted out are described.
