摘要
针对已废弃或停产的工业厂房钢结构帐篷库加固进行受力验算,并研究老旧钢结构除锈施工技术。利用MIDAS Gen软件对大跨度钢结构环形屋架可能受到的各种荷载组合进行验算。经计算及实践证明,该帐篷库钢结构屋架加固后满足结构变形控制要求。简要分析钢结构帐篷库锈蚀的现状及危害性,并介绍了钢结构的表面除锈处理规范、过程及方法。
The stress checking calculation is carried out for the reinforcement of the steel structure tent warehouse of the abandoned or discontinued industrial plant,and the rust removal construction technology of the old steel structure is studied.The MIDAS Gen software is used to check the various load combinations that may be subjected to the large⁃span steel structure ring roof truss.The calculation and practice have proved that the steel structure roof truss of the tent warehouse meets the requirements of structural deformation control after reinforcement.This paper briefly analyzes the current situation and harmfulness of corrosion of steel structure tent warehouse,and introduces the surface rust removal treatment specification,process and method of steel structure.
