隔震钢框架结构支座内力调整施工方法研究与应用

摘要 海南江东发展大厦采用高位层间隔震技术,北拱减隔震支座的设计长期面压分布极不均衡,降低了结构减隔震支座的减震效能,且在上部钢框架结构施工过程中减隔震支座易产生复杂变形,对结构施工控制与施工安全较不利。对江东发展大厦施工过程进行数值模拟与优化,提出针对其减隔震支座内力分布不均衡的“临时支撑⁃释放支撑卸载”的施工方法,阐述了该施工方法中临时支撑构件尺寸与结构预留下挠缝隙的确定方法,并分析了减隔震支座内力变化规律,明确了隔震支座内力调整效果及该施工方法对上部结构内力的影响情况。 Hainan Jiangdong Development Building adopts high⁃level story isolation technology.The long⁃term surface pressure distribution of the design of the north arch isolation bearing is extremely uneven,which reduces the damping efficiency of the structural isolation bearing.In the construction process of the upper steel frame structure,the isolation bearing is prone to complex deformation,which is unfavorable to the structural construction control and construction safety.Based on the numerical simulation and optimization of the construction process of Jiangdong Development Building,the construction method of“temporary support⁃release support unloading”for the unbalanced internal force distribution of the isolation bearing is proposed.The determination method of the size of the temporary support member and the reserved deflection gap of the structure in the construction method is expounded,and the internal force variation law of the isolation bearing is analyzed.The internal force adjustment effect of the isolation bearing and the influence of the construction method on the internal force of the superstructure are clarified.
