摘要
基于轻量化、模块化、智能化的造楼机设计理念,提出并研发一种小油缸群组“蜂群式控制”造楼机顶升液压驱动系统,该系统由小型高精油缸群组、控制回路和液压动力源组成。深入阐述其技术理论与技术优势,通过分析应用监测数据,表明该系统在轻量化、提升效率及精度、结构适应性与容错率等方面相较国内外同类技术均有明显提高。
Based on the design concept of lightweight,modular and intelligent building machine,a lifting hydraulic drive system of small hydraulic cylinder group“swarm control”building machine is proposed and developed.The system consists of small high⁃precision cylinder group,control circuit and hydraulic power source.The technical theory and technical advantages are elaborated in depth.By analyzing the application monitoring data,it is shown that the system has significantly improved in terms of lightweight,efficiency and accuracy,structural adaptability and fault tolerance compared with similar technologies at home and abroad.
