摘要
针对我国目前露天矿智能化研究现状及发展方向,提出了露天矿山装备智能化技术架构,并在此基础上进一步明确了采装运设备在露天矿山装备中的重要地位。以电铲搭配矿用自卸车的组合为例,论述了整个生命历程内的管理方案,在实施阶段又分别从作业环境三维建模、电铲数字孪生体建模、车铲协同调度等方面对采装运设备的智能化路线进行了详细阐释。结果表明:在露天矿山装备智能化的进程中,应用数字孪生技术可以更好地推进露天矿山装备在全生命周期内的智能化转型,推动我国露天采矿行业向安全、高效、无人的目标持续发展。
According to the current research status and development direction of open-pit mine intelligence,the article proposes the technical intelligent framework for open-pit mine equipment,and the key role of mining and loading equipment in this field is further clarified.The combination of electric shovels and mining dump trucks is taken as an example,and an integrated management scheme for its entire life cycle is discussed.In the implementation stage,the intelligent routes of mining and loading equipments are described in detail,including the 3D modeling of the working environment,the digital twin modeling of the electric shovel,and the collaborative scheduling between the truck and the electric shovel.The results show that the application of digital twin technology in intelligent open pit mining equipments can effectively promote the transformation of the entire life cycle of the equipment,and promote the development of open pit mining industry of China in the direction of safety,efficiency and unmanned.
