为了推动露天煤矿智能绿色开采的发展,保障国家经济建设对煤炭资源的需求,从分析国内外露天矿山的现状入手,总结归纳了其特点及存在的不足之处;通过对实地调研并结合相关的理论知识,深入剖析了当前面临的形势任务及其制约因素,并针对露天煤矿制定了相应的实施方案。

In order to promote the development of intelligent green mining in open-pit coal mines and ensure the demand of national economic construction for coal resources,this article analyzes the present situation of open-pit coal mines at home and abroad,sums up the characteristics and shortcomings.Based on the on-the-spot investigation and related theoretical knowledge,this article analyzes the current situation and task and the restrictive factors,and formulates the corresponding implementation program for the open-pit coal mine.
