摘要
介绍了一种智能电气监测诊断系统及其APP的开发及应用,该系统通过变压器监测分析、GIS组合开关数据分析、高压电缆数据分析、开关柜监测数据分析和补偿电力电容器数据分析等算法,完成实时数据的深度分析,输出被监测设备的实时状态结果,通过故障诊断算法,反馈被监测设备的状态结果,对乙烯装置的关键电气设备进行实时监测和诊断,以确保设备的正常运行和生产效率,实现了设备的早期故障识别,提升了乙烯装置的安全运行水平。
This article introduces the development and application of an intelligent electrical monitoring and diagnosis system.The system uses algorithms such as transformer monitoring analysis,GIS combination switch data analysis,high-voltage cable data analysis,switchgear monitoring data analysis,compensation power capacitor data analysis,etc.to complete deep analysis of real-time data,output real-time status results of monitored equipment,and feedback the status results of monitored equipment through fault diagnosis algorithms.It monitors and diagnoses key electrical equipment of the ethylene plant in real time to ensure the normal operation and production efficiency of the equipment,achieve early fault identification of equipment,and improve the safe operation level of the ethylene plant.
