两种方法测量电子天平示值误差的比较研究

摘要 示值误差是评价电子天平准确度的重要计量特性。本工作对现行的电子天平校准规范JJF1847-2020中介绍的两种示值误差测量方法进行了比较研究。结果表明,方法一具有可操作性强、结果稳定性好的优点,适用于市面上常见的分析天平、精密天平和微量天平等的示值误差测量。此外,对于可读性较高的大量程精密天平,采用方法二也能够得到准确可靠的示值误差测量结果。 Indication error is an important metrological characteristic for evaluating the accuracy of electronic balances.The study compared two measurement methods for indication error introduced in the current electronic balance calibration standard JJF1847-2020.The results indicated that the first method had the advantages of strong operability and high accuracy,it was suitable for measuring the indication error of common electronic balances on the market.In addition,the second method could also achieve accurate measurement results for large range precision balances with high readability.
