摘要
随着“双高”建设的推进,打造高水平专业群校内实训中心、实现资源共建共享、建立健全专业群实训室建设与管理制度和绩效评价制度成为学前教育专业建设的新思路。根据“双高”建设实际需求,从解决现有问题出发,学前教育专业校内实训室应开展精细化管理,采取科学有效的绩效评价,设计适合高职院校的“双高”建设背景下的高水平专业群实训室绩效评价体系。
With the promotion of“double-high plan”construction,to build a high-level professional group campus training center,realize resource co-construction and sharing,establish and improve the construction and management system of professional group training rooms,as well as the performance evaluation system of professional group training rooms,have become necessary for construction.This study based on the actual needs of the“double-high plan”construction,starts from solving existing problems,and combines how to carry out refined management and scientific and effective performance evaluation of campus training rooms.It designs a high-level professional group training room performance evaluation system suitable for vocational colleges under the background of the“double-high plan”construction.
