协同治理视域下高校管理育人的实现路径

Exploring Implementation Path of College Management and Education from Perspective of Collaborative Governance

管理育人是高校育人体系的重要组成部分,对落实立德树人根本任务、提升高校治理现代化水平、提高高校人才培养能力具有重要意义。高校还存在育人理念认知偏差、育人方式方法传统单一、育人制度体系不够完善、育人合力尚未形成等瓶颈问题亟待突破。应从高等教育治理现代化要求出发,以协同治理理论为指导,着力从树立“以生为本”的育人理念、完善管理育人政策制度、提升管理育人本领能力、创新管理育人平台载体、构建和谐管理育人氛围等方面着手,切实提升高校管理育人的整体质量。

Management education is an important component of the education system in universities,which is of great significance in implementing the fundamental task of moral education,improving the modernization level of university governance,and enhancing the talent cultivation ability of universities.At present,there are bottlenecks in universities that urgently need to be overcome,such as cognitive biases in educational concepts,traditional and single educational methods,incomplete educational systems,and the lack of joint efforts in education.Universities should start from the requirements of modernizing higher education governance,guided by the theory of collaborative governance,and focus on establishing a“student-centered”education concept,improving management and education policies and systems,enhancing management and education capabilities,innovating management and education platform carriers,and building a harmonious management and education atmosphere to effectively improve the overall quality of management and education.
