摘要
随着科技迅速发展,三维激光扫描仪已经运用到专业测量和现实生活中,但现有的三维激光扫描仪价格昂贵,难以在日常生活中广泛应用。为了获得价格低且精度高的三维空间数据,本文基于消费级二维激光雷达、步进电机和控制驱动器,设计了一款消费级三维激光扫描设备。同时,利用二维激光雷达自旋转获取不同方向的点云数据,根据三维数学模型重构三维点云,开发了一套点云处理插件,实现了数据的高效处理。试验结果表明,该设备的扫描精度可满足小范围场景三维建模应用,并具有快速获取空间三维点云模型,成本低廉的优点,有较高的应用价值。
With the rapid development of science and technology,three dimensions(3D)laser scanners have been used in professional measuring and real life,while the existing 3D laser scanners are expen‐sive and difficult to be widely used in daily life.In order to obtain cost-effective and high-precision 3D spatial data,this paper designs a consumer-grade 3D laser scanning equipment based on consumer-grade two dimensions(2D)laser radar,stepper motors and control drivers.It also uses 2D laser radar self rotation to obtain point cloud data in different directions,and then reconstructs the 3D point cloud based on the 3D mathematical model,and develops a set of point cloud processing plug-ins to achieve efficient data processing.The results show that the accuracy of the scanning equipment meets the re‐quirements of application 3D modeling of scenarios,and the equipment can fastly acquire 3D spatial point cloud models with low cost,and it has great application values.
