某型飞机减速伞意外掉落故障研究

Research on Accidental Drop of a Drag Parachute

针对某型飞机减速伞系统在着陆滑跑过程中发生的意外掉伞故障,从故障现场检查、内场产品检查、系统联试检查、失效分析等方面对故障产生的机理进行研究、分析,得出引起此故障的原因为微动开关内部触点异常搭接。

Aiming at the accidental parachute drop failure in the process of landing and running of a certain aircraft drag parachute system,the possible mechanism of the failure is studied from the aspects of outfield inspection,system combined test inspection and failure analysis.The possible causes of the failure are analyzed.It is concluded that the cause of this fault is abnormal overlap contacts of microswitch.
