摘要
海上风电制氢是深远海风电开发和消纳的重要途径之一,也是解决高比例可再生能源消纳和新型电力系统建设的重要组成部分。从技术方案、设备投资、运维和消纳等方面对比分析海上风电不同制氢模式的优缺点和适用性。受制氢成本和消纳影响,近海风电开发应以电力消纳为主,以海上风电制氢为辅。深远海风电集中式制氢和管道输氢模式具有更低的制氢和输氢成本,但受制于绿氢的消纳,应做好海上风电制氢与炼化、冶金等融合发展。现阶段海上风电制氢发展面临政策、标准和技术等多重挑战,需要从政策引领、标准制定和技术突破等方面协同攻关,共同推进产业落地。
Hydrogen production through offshore wind power is one of the important ways to develop and consume deep-sea wind power,and it is also an important component of solving the high proportion renewable energy consumption and the construction of new power systems.The advantages,disadvantages and applicability of different hydrogen production modes through offshore wind power are compared from the aspects of technical solutions,equipment investments,operation and maintenance,and consumption.Due to the constraints of hydrogen costs and consumption,offshore wind power development should focus mainly on electricity consumption,with hydrogen production through offshore wind power as a supplement.The centralized hydrogen production and pipeline hydrogen transportation modes of deep-sea wind power is quite competitive due to the low cost of hydrogen production and transportation,but are limited by the consumption of green hydrogen.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate hydrogen production through offshore wind power with refining,metallurgy,and other industries for better development.At present stage,hydrogen production through offshore wind power faces multiple challenges such as policies,standards and technologies.It is necessary to work together from policy guidance,standard setting,and technological breakthroughs to promote the industrial landing.
