指榫参数和端压压力对橡胶木指接材抗弯性能的影响

摘要 以橡胶木规格锯材为研究对象,探讨了指榫参数(齿长S型12.5 mm和L型25.0 mm)和端压压力(1.50、1.85、2.20 MPa)对指接橡胶木规格锯材抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:S型齿橡胶木指接材的抗弯强度(MOR)(平均值49.5 MPa)明显高于L型齿橡胶木指接材的MOR(平均值45.3 MPa),证明使用短齿指接是可行的;齿长对抗弯弹性模量(MOE)无显著影响,但对MOR影响显著;根据不同齿型的端压趋势图情况,可推断L型齿橡胶木指接材的较优端压压力为2.20 MPa,S型齿橡胶木指接材较优端压压力为1.85 MPa。 The effects of finger-joint parameters(S-type 12.5 mm and L-type 25.0 mm finger-joint length)and end pressure(1.50,1.85,2.20 MPa)on the flexural properties of finger jointed rubber-wood specification sawn timber were investigated.The results show that the bending strength(MOR)of S-shaped rubber wood finger joint(mean 49.5 MPa)is significantly higher than that of L-shaped rubber wood finger joint(mean 45.3 MPa),which proves that the use of short finger-joint is feasible.Finger-joint length has no significant effect on flexural modulus(MOE),but has significant effect on MOR.According to the end pressure trend diagram of different finger-joint shapes,it can be inferred that the optimal end pressure of L-shaped rubber wood finger joints is 2.20 MPa,and that of S-shaped rubber wood finger joints is 1.85 MPa.
