乡村新质生产力促进共同富裕的作用效应研究

Research on the Effect of Rural New Quality Productivity on Promoting Common Prosperity

以科技创新为核心、以数字化智能化技术为纽带的乡村新质生产力是促进实现共同富裕的长期驱动力。在构建共同富裕和乡村新质生产力评价指标体系基础上,利用熵值法测算2011—2021年我国30个省区市共同富裕指数和乡村新质生产力水平,通过基准回归、要素检验和空间溢出效应实证检验乡村新质生产力促进共同富裕的作用效应。研究表明:乡村新质生产力对共同富裕具有显著的正向促进作用;乡村新质生产力能够通过提高农业科技创新、土地生产率和创业活跃度实现共同富裕;乡村新质生产力对共同富裕还存在空间溢出效应,地区乡村新质生产力不仅有利于推动本地区共同富裕,还能促进邻近和周边地区共同富裕水平的提升。因此,推动科技创新和数智技术与农村地区深度融合、促进乡村新质生产力发展是实现共同富裕的必然选择。

The rural new quality productivity,with scientific and technological innovation as the core and digital intelligent technology as the link,is the long-term driving force for promoting the realization of common prosperity.On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of common prosperity and rural new quality productivity,the entropy method was used to measure the common prosperity index and rural new quality productivity level of 30 provinces in China from 2011-2021,and the effect of rural new quality productivity on promoting common prosperity is tested through benchmark regression,factor test and spatial spillover effect.The results show that the rural new quality productivity has a significant positive promoting effect on common prosperity;rural new quality productivity can achieve common prosperity by improving agricultural technology innovation,land productivity and entrepreneurial activity;there is also a spatial spillover effect of rural new quality productivity on common prosperity,regional rural new quality productivity can not only be conducive to promoting local common prosperity,but also promote the common prosperity of neighboring and surrounding areas.For this reason,promoting technological innovation and deep integration of digital and intelligent technologies with rural areas,and promoting development of new quality productivity in rural areas,have become an inevitable choice for achieving common prosperity.
