党的二十大报告提出全面建设社会主义现代化强国。推进文化自信自强就是推进建设社会主义文化强国,铸就社会主义新辉煌。立足社会主义现代化建设新篇章,从自信自强的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑进行概括论述,辨析中华优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化对文化自信自强的重要影响。从文化自信自强的根本保证、实践主体、体制机制、创新功能、国际环境等方面分析系统构建推进文化自信自强的实践进路。

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed building a modern socialist country in all respects.To promote cultural self-confidence and self-improvement is to promote the building of a powerful socialist culture and create new socialist glory.Based on the new chapter of building a modern socialist country,the paper summarizes theoretic logic,historical logic and realistic logic of selfconfidence and self-improvement,and discriminates the important influence of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture on the cultural self-confidence and self-improvement.It also analyzes the practical path of systematically constructing and promoting cultural self-confidence and selfimprovement from five aspects of fundamental guarantee,the practice subject,system and mechanism,the innovation function and international environment.
