袁黄宝坻施政措施考——兼谈袁黄的儒家施政理念

Contribution of Yuan Huang's Governance Measures in Baodi Country and a Discussion on Yuan Huang's Confucian Governance Concepts

袁黄作为明中后期的一位名士,不仅在学术领域颇有建树,同时还是一位勤劳政事、廉洁爱民的好官,尤其是在宝坻担任县令的5年间,他在宝坻县政治理实践中取得了丰厚的政绩,深受百姓的爱戴。身为阳明后学中的一员,袁黄在宝坻县的施政理念镌刻着明显的儒学痕迹,既有对“修身”观念与“仁政”理念的感悟,同时亦蕴含了阳明心学的理论色彩,尤其是对阳明后学中罗汝芳一派的“赤子之心”思想有着深刻的诠释。

As a famous scholar in the mid to late Ming Dynasty,Yuan Huang not only made great achievements in the academic field,but also was a diligent and honest official.Baodi people admired him for his political achievements in governance practicing during the five years as county magistrate.As a member of the Yang-Ming School,Yuan Huang's governance concept was engraved with obvious traces of Confucianism,which not only reflected his understanding of the concepts of"self-cultivation"and"benevolent governance",but also contained the theoretical color of Yangming School of Mind,especially the profound interpretation of the"pure-mind"thought of the Luo Rufang school in Yangming School.
