陕西西咸新区空港新城岩村元氏墓发掘简报

Preliminary Report of the Excavation of Yuan's Tomb at Yancun Village,Konggang New City,Xi-Xian New District,Shaanxi

2019年8月至11月,陕西省考古研究院对位于陕西西咸新区空港新城底张镇岩村一处储备用地范围内的墓葬进行了发掘,其中唐墓2座,编号为M2、M6。M6墓主为唐代大臣、著名文学家元稹的三兄元积。元积本人文献有零星记载,墓葬的出土为该区域唐代元氏家族茔域分布研究提供了重要线索和实物资料,同时墓志所载元积生平也对中晚唐时期诸多重要事件有证补作用。

From August to November 2019,the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology conducted an excavation on a plot of reserve land in Yancun village,Dizhang Town,Konggang New City,Xi-Xian New District,Shaanxi Province.A group of ancient tombs were unearthed,including two Tang-Dynasty tombs designated as tombs no.M2 and M6.Tomb no.M6 belongs to Yuan Ji,the third older brother of Yuan Zhen who was a Tang Dynasty minister and renowned literary figure.Yuan Ji himself is sporadically documented in historical records.The excavation of this tomb provides important clues and material evidence for the study of the distribution of the Yuan family cemeteries in this area during the Tang Dynasty.Additionally,the biography of Yuan Ji recorded in the tomb epitaph supplements various important events of the middle to late Tang Dynasty.
