新时代应急管理实战化人才培养路径探索与实践

摘要 针对应急管理实战化人才培养,学校探索实施多模式、多元化、双驱动和全方位“四位一体”实战化人才培养路径,主要包括探索应急管理特色实验班、应急特色方向两种人才培养模式,构建理论和实践课程双驱动的课程体系,实施应急管理顶岗/跟岗实习实践,强化师资和条件保障建设。实践表明,该人才培养路径的实施,能够加速培养应急管理事业高素质实战化人才,增强学生的应急管理实战能力和素养,有助于打造实战型师资,促进教学内涵和特色实践教学平台建设。实战化人才培养路径探索与实践,能够有助于解决应急管理人才短缺问题。学校将进一步深化实战化人才培养路径探索与实践。 In response to the cultivation of practical-oriented emergency management talents,the school explores and implements a multi-model,diversified,dual-driven,and all-round“four-in-one”practical-oriented talent cultivation path,which mainly includes exploring two talent cultivation models:the emergency management characteristic experimental class and the emergency characteristic direction,constructing a dual-driven curriculum system of theory and practice courses,implementing emergency management on-the-job/shadowing internship practices,and strengthening the construction of faculty and condition guarantees.Practice has shown that the implementation of this talent cultivation path can accelerate the cultivation of high-quality practical-oriented talents for the emergency management cause,enhance students'emergency management practical capabilities and literacy,help to build a practical-oriented faculty,and promote the construction of teaching connotation and characteristic practical teaching platforms.The exploration and practice of practical-oriented talent cultivation paths can help address the shortage of emergency management talents.The school will further deepen the exploration and practice of practical-oriented talent cultivation paths.
