喷射控制对燃用汽油与甲醇发动机全负荷性能研究

摘要 随着环保和能源问题的日益凸显,甲醇作为一种替代燃料在发动机中的应用逐渐受到关注。本文在发动机试验台上采用同一台发动机,通过切换汽油和甲醇两种燃料,并调整不同的喷射压力和喷射相位,通过试验来验证这些变化对发动机全负荷性能的影响。同时,分析了性能差异产生的根本原因,旨在为发动机更加合理、高效地利用甲醇燃料提供数据支持和参考依据。 As environmental protection and energy issues become increasingly prominent,methanol as an alternative fuel has gradually attracted attention in the application of engines.Given the significant differences in physical and chemical properties between gasoline and methanol fuels,this article uses the same engine on an engine test bench to verify the impact of these changes on the full-load performance of the engine by switching between gasoline and methanol fuels and adjusting different injection pressures and injection phases.At the same time,the root causes of performance differences were analyzed,aiming to provide data support and reference for more rational and efficient use of methanol fuel in engines.
