摘要
针对某型喷油泵在使用过程中出现的凸轮滚轮异常磨损问题,从设计、原材料、热处理、机械加工、装配以及维保等多个维度构建了故障树,逐项进行分析排查。分析结果显示,导致凸轮滚轮异常磨损的直接原因是滑油供给不足及润滑效果不佳,而其根本原因在于操作不当。提出了规范操作流程,在喷油泵上增设滑油加注警示牌等改进措施。通过试验进行了验证。本文提出的针对喷油泵凸轮滚轮异常磨损故障的体系化分析方法,为类似问题的解决提供了借鉴。
This article addresses the issue of abnormal wear of cam rollers in a certain type of fuel injection pump during use.It constructs a fault tree from multiple dimensions,including design,raw materials,heat treatment,mechanical processing,assembly,and external factors,and conducts a step-by-step analysis and troubleshooting.The analysis results show that the direct cause of abnormal wear of the cam roller is insufficient oil supply and poor lubrication effect,while the root cause lies in improper operation.By standardizing the operation process,adding a warning sign for oil filling on the fuel injection pump,and then conducting a test verification,not only confirmed the accuracy of the problem analysis,but also verified the effectiveness of the improvement measures.The systematic analysis method proposed in this article for the abnormal wear of the cam roller of the fuel injection pump provides a reference for solving similar problems.
