摘要
延迟焦化装置是炼化厂增高轻质油轻质馏分油收率和加工石油焦碳的重要生产装置,具有高温、温度变化频繁、含焦粉颗粒、高粘度渣油等苛刻的运行条件,故高温防结焦阀在实际使用中易出现故障。为保证修复后的阀门性能更好,对解体后的高温防结焦阀进行损坏度检查分析、材质成分和硬度的检测,以此作为工艺优化和改进的依据,保证高温防结焦阀再造后满足延迟焦化装置工况的使用要求。但延迟焦化工况对阀门的使用要求极高,且高温防结焦阀造价较贵,阀门再造成为石油化工企业的最佳选择。
Delayed coking unit is an important production device for increasing the yield of light fraction oil and processing petroleum coke carbon in refinery.It has harsh operating conditions such as high temperature,frequent temperature change,coke powder particles and high viscosity residue.Therefore,high temperature anti-coking valve is prone to failure in practical use.In order to ensure the better performance of the repaired valve,the damage degree inspection and analysis,material composition and hardness detection of the high temperature anti-coking valve after disintegration are carried out,which is used as the basis for process optimization and improvement to ensure that the high temperature anti-coking valve meets the requirements of the working conditions of the delayed coking unit after reconstruction.However,delayed coking conditions have high requirements for the use of valves,and high-temperature anti-coking valves are more expensive.Valve reconstruction has become the best choice for petrochemical enterprises.
