安全阀全生命周期数字化评价管理平台的研制

摘要 根据安全阀全生命周期评价管理的需求,提出将安全阀使用相关的校验、维修、巡检、RBI、延期等评价流程数字化,研制安全阀全生命周期数字化评价管理平台,实现安全阀全生命周期内的信息可追溯,保障安全阀的长效使用安全。安全阀全生命周期数字化评价管理平台采用“一库+一平台+多应用”的解决方案,根据不同的应用角色和场景,包括使用评价管理系统、检修评价管理系统和RBI评定系统,同时使各系统之间通过综合数据库相连,确保信息实时互通共享,打破信息孤岛,为使用单位对安全阀全生命周期管理提出了新的解决方案。 According to the requirements of safety valve life cycle assessment management,it is proposed to digitize the evaluation processes such as calibration,maintenance,inspection,RBI and delay related to the use of safety valves,and develop a safety valve life cycle digital evaluation management platform to realize the safety valve life cycle.The information can be traced back to ensure the long-term use safety of the safety valve.The safety valve full life cycle digital evaluation management platform adopts the solution of"one database+one platform+multiple applications."According to different application roles and scenarios,including the use of evaluation management system,maintenance evaluation management system and RBI evaluation system.At the same time,the systems are connected through a comprehensive database to ensure real-time information exchange and sharing,break the information island,and propose a new solution for the user s life cycle management of the safety valve.
