摘要
冷轧废水是钢铁生产过程中产生的一种废水,可以采用系列先进的水质净化处理技术对其进行处理并回收,使其重新在冷轧生产中使用。采用系统的方法对回用水水质及其对钢板表面耐蚀性影响等进行了全面的评估。测量回用水的电导率及氯离子量,评价回用水的水质;然后通过钢板在回用水中的模拟浸渍试验,模拟了回用水对生产工序中钢板的影响,评估回用水的腐蚀性能,为冷轧回用水在生产中的再利用提供支撑依据。
Cold rolling wastewater is a type of wastewater generated during the steel production process,which can be treated and recycled using a series of advanced water purification technologies for reuse in cold-rolling production.Water quality and its impact on the corrosion resistance of steel plate surfaces were evaluated systematically.Firstly,the conductivity parameters and chloride ion content of the recycled water were measured to assess its quality.Then,through simulated immersion experiments of steel plates in recycled water,the impact of recycled water on the production process of steel plates was simulated,and the corrosion performance of recycled water was evaluated.These results provide a supporting basis for the reuse of cold rolling recycled water in production.
