摘要
广东省清远市某中庭式地下室发生局部抗浮失效,造成地下室底板开裂、桩基础上浮及上部柱破坏。本文通过详细的现场调查及计算,深入分析了抗浮失效原因及结构构件破坏形态,并应用有限元法分析了节点破坏形式,模拟结果与现场实际较为吻合。针对性地给出了加固设计方案:对失效桩基础,采用增加微型桩的方式加固,对破坏程度相对较轻的柱采用增大截面方式加固,对个别破坏严重的柱采用置换混凝土加固,对梁采用包钢及梁底粘贴碳纤维方式加固,对开裂严重的地下室底板采用叠层方式加固,对轻微开裂的底板采取环氧树脂类压力灌浆封闭。事故分析过程及加固设计内容可为同类工程提供参考。
Local anti-floating failure occurrs in an atrium basement in Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province,resulting in the cracking of bottom slab,floating of pile foundation and failure of upper columns.Through detailed field investigation and calculation,the causes of anti-floating failure and destruction form of structure members are analyzed in depth,and the failure modes of joints are done with the finite element method.Thus rational reinforcement design scheme is put forward:some micropiles are added to reinforce pile foundation,columns with light damage are strengthened with increasing section area while badly damaged columns are done with replacement reinforcement,beams are strengthened by affixing carbon fabric by the bottom,severely cracked bottoms are strengthened by adding a new layer on it and epoxy resin grouts are used to seal lightly cracked bottom slabs.The accident analysis process and reinforcement design can provide reference for similar projects.
