基于钢板弹簧变形的载货汽车超载智能监测控制称重系统设计

摘要 随着交通运输行业的蓬勃发展,道路运输周转量不断攀升,致使货运市场竞争压力不断增大,受经济利益的驱使,部分载货汽车超载运输愈演愈烈。超载运输不仅给车辆、道路带来严重破坏,而且极易引发恶性交通事故,给人们的生命财产带来巨大损失。由此,设计一种基于钢板弹簧变形的载货汽车超载智能监测控制称重系统,通过电阻应变片测量钢板弹簧变形量,运用单片机对信号采集并处理,能够时时、准确测定车辆的装载质量,判定车辆是否超载并进行预警,为道路运输“源头”治理超载提供技术方案。 With the continuous development of the transportation industry,the volume of road transport continues to rise.Driven by economic interests,the situation of overloaded truck transport is increasing.Overloading transport brings serious damage to vehicles and roads,and often leads to vicious traffic accidents.This paper designs an overload intelligent monitoring and control weighing system for truck based on leaf spring deformation.The system measures the deformation of the leaf spring through the resistance strain gauge,and the signal is collected and processed by the single chip computer.The system can accurately measure the loading mass of vehicles at all times,and provide technical solutions for road transportation overload control.
