摘要
茉莉酸是参与调节植物细胞防御和发育的重要信号激素。当前对茉莉酸生物合成有了一定认识,但其在木犀科植物中潜在的遗传进化机制仍不清楚。研究在4个木犀科及外类群物种(葡萄和咖啡)中鉴定了茉莉酸生物合成相关的基因,发现其中的KAT家族基因在木犀科基因组呈现了急剧扩增。比较分析家族基因形成相关的基因组事件,发现多倍化、串联重复及基因丢失事件联合促进了茉莉酸生物合成相关基因在木犀科植物中的多样化;古老重复产生的同源基因之间维持了序列和蛋白质结构相似性,但呈现了趋异的表达模式,暗示古老起源基因的新功能化。研究结果为认识木犀科植物茉莉酸生物合成相关基因的进化提供了理论参考,对探索茉莉酸生物合成效率的改良提供了基因组学支持。
Jasmonic acid is an important signal hormone involved in the regulation of plant cell defense and development.At present,jasmonic acid biosynthesis has been understood,but its potential genetic and evolutionary mechanismin Oleaceae is still unclear.In this study,jasmonic acid biosynthesisrelatedgenes were identified in four species of Oleaceae and outgroups(Vitis viniferaand Coffea humblotiana),and it was found that KAT family genes in Oleaceae genome showed rapid amplification.Comparative analysis of genome events related to the formation of family genes showed that polyploidization,tandem duplication and gene loss events jointly promoted the diversification of jasmonic acid biosynthesis related genes in Oleaceae;Homologous genes generated by ancient duplication maintain sequence and protein structural similarity,but showed a divergent expression pattern,suggesting the new functionalization of ancient origin genes.The results provide a theoretical reference for understanding the evolution of jasmonic acid biosynthesis related genes in Oleaceae,and provide genomic support for exploring the improvement of jasmonic acid biosynthesis efficiency.
