地铁建设对天然气管道的影响及对策研究

摘要 随着一二线城市的不断发展,地铁成为城市主要交通工具之一。越来越多城市进行地铁建设,地铁建设对地下天然气管道运行的影响已经成为城燃企业面临的重要安全问题之一。从城燃企业的角度出发,分析了地铁建设对天然气钢质管道的3个主要影响:施工产生沉降甚至第三方破坏、列车运行产生的振动以及杂散电流等。结合实际案例,从管材选用、相邻间距要求、钢管防腐系统、地面沉降监测等方面提出要求,同时针对地铁建设的施工监护和燃气管道改迁等作业层面也提出了相应的对策及措施。 With the continuous development of first-tier and second-tier cities,subways have become one of the main transportation methods in cities.More and more cities are building subways.The impact of subway construction on the operation of underground natural gas pipelines has become one of the important safety issues faced by urban gas enterprises.From the perspective of urban gas enterprises,the impact of subway construction on natural gas steel pipelines is analyzed in three aspects:land subsidence caused by construction and even third-party damage,vibration caused by train operation and stray current.Combined with actual cases,requirements are put forward from the aspects of pipe selection,adjacent spacing requirements,steel pipe anti-corrosion system,land subsidence monitoring,etc.At the same time,corresponding countermeasures are also proposed for the construction supervision of subway construction,gas pipeline relocation and other operational aspects.
