摘要
干部网络专题培训作为干部培训的重要组成部分,为工学矛盾提供了解决方案,其中分层级的专题培训班作用日益凸显。通过系统梳理河北干部网络学院7年来网络专题培训班的特点,分析高结业率情况下的班级设置、学习管理、过程管理等数据,提出制定专题班设置标准、加强课程设置的科学性和层级性、细化专题班考核激励机制、构筑全方位学习支持服务等路径,提升干部网络培训质量服务,推动河北干部网络培训高质量发展。
As an important part of cadre training,network special training for cadres provides a solution to the contradiction between work and learning,among which the role of hierarchical special training courses is increasingly prominent.By systematically combing the characteristics of the special online training courses in Hebei Cadre Network Institute in the past seven years,the study analyzes the data of class setting,learning management and process management under the condition of high class completion rate,and puts forward the formulation of special class setting standards,more scientific and hierarchical of the curriculum,detailed special class assessment and incentive mechanism,building a comprehensive learning support service path,so as to improve the quality of online training services for cadres and promote the high-quality development of network training for cadres in Hebei.
