随着人口老龄化发展进程的加快,我国老年人对养老和老年教育的需求日益多元化。结合需求幅度理论,我国养教结合老年教育当前供给主要以生存需求和表达需求等内容为主,而贡献需求、影响需求和超越需求这类更高层次的需求则明显供给不足。新时代,为了有效满足老年人教育和养老需求,需要从加强需求分析、拓展宣传渠道、加强资源整合、完善制度建设和优化人才供给等方面转型发展,推动养教结合老年教育在发展模式和发展格局上的优化和提升,更好地满足老年人的养老和教育,促进老年教育高质量发展。
