摘要
数字时代对档案从业者的职业能力提出新要求。档案数字化管理师作为一种新兴职业,其创设是档案领域响应数字中国建设、顺应档案工作数字化转型趋势、回应传统档案工作者诉求的创新之举。依循国家职业标准,本文从基础级、专业级、专家级分别阐释档案数字化管理师应具备的通用职业能力、专业职业能力和综合职业能力,并从制度标准、主体协同、培养模式、个人素养层面提出档案数字化管理师的培养路径,以期为档案事业高质量发展注入人才新动能。
The digital era has put forward new requirements for the professional competence of archive practitioners,and the creation of archive digitization manager,as an emerging profession,is an innovative move in the archive field to respond to the construction of Digital China,conform to the trend of digital transformation in archive work,and meet the demands of traditional archive practitioners.Based on the national occupational standards,it explains the general,professional and comprehensive occupational competencies that archive digitization managers should possess at the basic,professional and expert levels respectively,and it proposes the cultivation path of archive digitization managers from the perspectives of institutional standards,main body synergy,training models,and personal qualities,aiming to inject new talent momentum into the high-quality development of the archival career.
