数字基础设施、新质生产力与城乡共同富裕

Digital Infrastructure,New Quality Productivity and Common Prosperity of Urban and Rural Areas

选取2012—2022年中国31个省份面板数据,实证检验数字基础设施、新质生产力和城乡共同富裕间的关系。研究结果显示,数字基础设施对城乡共同富裕具有显著促进作用,且在稳健性检验后,该结论依然成立;数字基础设施能够通过发展新质生产力赋能城乡共同富裕;数字基础设施对东部及高市场化水平地区城乡共同富裕的促进作用更为显著。据此,提出积极部署新一轮数字基础设施项目,加快培育并推进新质生产力,均等化配置区域间数字资源的政策建议,以期为推进城乡共同富裕提供参考。

Select the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022,this paper empirically tests the relationship between digital infrastructure,new quality productivity and urban-rural common prosperity.The results show that digital infrastructure has a significant role in promoting the common prosperity of urban and rural areas,and after passing the robustness test,the conclusion is still valid.Digital infrastructure can empower urban and rural common prosperity by promoting the development of new quality productivity.Digital infrastructure has a more significant role in promoting the common prosperity of urban and rural areas in the eastern and high marketoriented regions.Based on this,it is proposed to actively deploy a new round of digital infrastructure projects,accelerate the cultivation and promotion of new quality productivity,and equalize the allocation of inter-regional digital resources,so as to provide reference for promoting common prosperity between urban and rural areas.
