应用一种耐高盐菌株处理腌制废水效果研究

摘要 为探讨某种耐高盐菌株在食品腌制废水处理中的应用及其效果,基于废水特性与危害、耐盐菌株的培养、菌株降解性能、废水处理工艺、处理效果评估等因素,通过培养一种特定的耐高盐菌株,研究其降解污染物的能力。研究结果表明:该耐高盐菌株在菌液0.8%的浓度下,曝气培养5 d能达到对腌制废水等高盐废水的最优处理效果。研究为优化腌制废水处理工艺,以提高废水处理效率提供参考。 The purpose of this study is to explore the application and effect of a certain halotolerant strain in the treatment of food pickling wastewater.According to the characteristics and hazards of the wastewater,the cultivation of the halotolerant strain,the research on the degradation performance of the strain,the optimization of the wastewater treatment process,and the evaluation of the treatment effect,a specific strain with high salt tolerance was cultivated to study its ability to degrade pollutants.Through the research results,it is confirmed that the halotolerant strain can achieve the optimal treatment effect on high-salt wastewater such as pickling wastewater at a concentration of 0.8%of the bacterial liquid and with 5 days of aeration culture.This study provides a scientific basis and reference for optimizing the pickling wastewater treatment process and improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment.
