施肥对猕猴桃属果实品质影响研究进展

Research Progress on Effects of Fertilization on Fruit Quality of Actiniadia Lindl

施肥是改善果树生长和提高果实品质的重要技术手段之一,可以决定果实的产量和品质。关于对果树施用不同种类肥料来改善果实品质,国内外已经有大量的研究报道,但是专门针对猕猴桃属果实的综述不多。综述了不同种类肥料的施用对猕猴桃属果实品质影响的研究进展,主要包括氮、磷、钾等无机肥以及绿肥、微生物肥料、腐殖质肥等有机肥和纳米肥料,并分析了该领域研究存在的不足和今后的研究方向,以期为大规模猕猴桃属果树施肥在增加产量、提高品质方面提供参考。

Fertilization is one of the important technical means to improve fruit growth and fruit quality,which can determine fruit yield and quality.There have been a lot of research about applying different kinds of fertilizers to fruit trees to improve fruit quality in China and abroad,but there are few reviews on Actiniadia Lindl.This paper reviewed the research progress of the effects of different kinds of fertilizers on Actiniadia Lindl.fruit quality,including inorganic fertilizers such as nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,organic fertilizers such as green fertilizers,microbial fertilizers,humus fertilizers and nano-fertilizers,and analyzed the shortcomings and future research directions in this field,in order to provide references for increasing yield and improving quality of large-scale Actiniadia Lindl.tree fertilization.
