宫腔镜用于围绝经期异常子宫出血治疗的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding during Perimenopause

研究分析使用宫腔镜治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血患者的效果及价值。选取2021年1月—2022年12月医院接收的围绝经期异常子宫出血患者70例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为常规组和观察组,每组各35例。常规组采取刮宫术治疗,观察组选择宫腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果显示,观察组各项手术指标均优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各生化指标数据、子宫内膜厚度与月经情况均优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率以及预后复发率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者采取宫腔镜手术治疗具有较高的安全性,患者术后恢复情况、疾病治疗效果均较好。

Research and analyze the effectiveness and value of using hysteroscopy to treat patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause.Seventy patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during the perimenopause period who were admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with curettage,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopy.The efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.The results showed that all surgical indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the conventional group(P<0.05);After treatment,the biochemical indicators,endometrial thickness,and menstrual conditions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that hysteroscopy surgery has high safety for treating abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopause patients,and the postoperative recovery and disease treatment outcomes are both good.
