舒咽汤治疗慢性咽喉炎的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Shuyan Decoction in Treating Chronic Pharyngitis

研究舒咽汤运用于治疗慢性咽喉炎(chronic pharyngitis,CP)的效果。选择2022年12月—2023年12月到瓮安县中医医院治疗的70例CP患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各35例。对照组采取奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联用舒咽汤治疗,分析不同治疗方式的效果。结果表明,与对照组相比,研究组治疗效果更加显著(P<0.05);研究组症状消失时间更短(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组炎症因子指标,免疫功能指标表现更优(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分更低(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,采用舒咽汤治疗慢性咽喉炎,能够改善患者的炎症因子水平和免疫功能,优化患者的中医证候积分,并缩短患者的症状消失时间,同时用药安全性高,建议运用。

Study the efficacy of Shuyan Tang in treating chronic pharyngitis(CP).Seventy CP patients who received treatment at Wengan Hospital of TCM from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsules,while the study group was treated with Shuyan decoction in addition to the control group.The effects of different treatment methods were analyzed.The results showed that compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the study group was more significant(P<0.05);The disappearance time of symptoms in the research group was shorter(P<0.05);After treatment,the study group showed better performance in inflammatory factor indicators and immune function indicators(P<0.05);After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the research group was lower(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that using Shuyan Tang to treat chronic pharyngitis can improve the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function in patients,optimize their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and shorten the time for symptoms to disappear.At the same time,the safety of medication is high,and it is recommended to use it.
