补中益气汤结合RPH治疗老年脱垂性痔病的临床价值研究

Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with RPH for the Treatment of Elderly Prolapsed Hemorrhoids Clinical Value Analysis

分析补中益气汤结合RPH治疗老年脱垂性痔病的效果。选取武胜县中医医院2023年1月—2023年12月收治的67例老年脱垂性痔病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(实施RPH治疗)与观察组(实施补中益气汤结合RPH治疗),对比两组患者治疗效果、括约肌评分以及并发症发生率。结果显示,观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组括约肌评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,老年脱垂性痔病患者在治疗期间,实施补中益气汤结合RPH治疗,能够有效降低并发症发生率,改善括约肌功能,提高治疗效果。

To analyze the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with RPH in the treatment of elderly prolapsed hemorrhoids.A total of 67 elderly patients with prolapsed hemorrhoids admitted to Wusheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the control group(with RPH treatment)and the observation group(with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with RPH treatment)by random number table method,and the treatment effect,sphincter score and complication rate of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the sphincter score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the implementation of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with RPH treatment in elderly patients with prolapsed hemorrhoids during the treatment period can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve sphincter function,and improve the treatment effect.
