护理指导在急性咽喉炎雾化吸入治疗中的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Nursing Guidance in Nebulized Inhalation Therapy for Acute Pharyngitis

评析护理指导在急性咽喉炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果。选取2022年4月—2023年4月收治的86例行雾化吸入的急性咽喉炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组两组,每组各43例。参照组行常规护理,试验组行优质护理,评析两组患者护理效果。结果显示,干预后,试验组临床症状改善时间较参照组更短(P<0.05);试验组负面情绪评分较参照组更低,生活质量评分较参照组更高(P<0.05);试验组雾化吸入依从性较参照组更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,护理指导对优化急性咽喉炎雾化吸入治疗效果的作用显著,有利于缓解患者的负面情绪,提高其治疗依从性以及生活质量。

Evaluate the application effect of nursing guidance in nebulization inhalation therapy for acute pharyngitis.86 patients with acute pharyngitis treated with nebulization inhalation from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Reference group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received high-quality nursing care.Evaluate the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.The results showed that after intervention,the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The negative emotion score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The compliance of the experimental group with nebulized inhalation was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that nursing guidance has a significant effect on optimizing the effectiveness of nebulized inhalation therapy for acute pharyngitis,which is beneficial for alleviating patients’negative emotions,improving their treatment compliance and quality of life.
