Summary of Nursing Preparation for Discharge of a Patient with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Complicated with Malignant Arrhythmia

总结评价1例系统性红斑狼疮合并恶性心律失常患者出院准备的临床资料和护理过程,为今后护理提供指引。回顾性分析广东省人民医院心内科收治的1例系统性红斑狼疮合并心动过缓行永久起搏器植入术后并发尖端扭转型室速患者的治疗与护理过程,针对患者实际情况做好出院评估及准备,个性化指导患者居家自我护理。该例患者经积极治疗和护理,结合出院评估及个性化出院准备,掌握出院后居家自我护理要点,顺利出院。研究发现,针对合并多种疾病的恶性心律失常患者评价出院准备情况,针对性给予个性化出院指导,对促进患者康复有积极作用,对心内科患者出院指导有积极的临床借鉴意义。

Summarize and evaluate the clinical data and nursing process of a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with malignant arrhythmia in preparation for discharge,providing guidance for future nursing.A retrospective analysis was conducted on the treatment and nursing process of a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with bradycardia who underwent permanent pacemaker implantation and developed tip torsion ventricular tachycardia in the cardiology department of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital.The patient was evaluated and prepared for discharge based on their actual situation,and personalized guidance was provided for home self-care.The patient in this case received active treatment and nursing,combined with discharge evaluation and personalized discharge preparation,mastered the key points of home self-care after discharge,and was discharged smoothly.Research has found that evaluating discharge readiness and providing personalized discharge guidance for malignant arrhythmia patients with multiple comorbidities has a positive effect on promoting patient recovery and has positive clinical reference significance for discharge guidance for cardiology patients.
