摘要
针对水泥搅拌桩隐蔽性强、施工质量管控难度高和现场地质情况动态差异大的问题,引入了密度传感器、电磁流量计和深度传感器等数据采集设备,对仪器进行了信息化、物联网改造。依托苏台高速(南浔至桐乡段)工程,利用信息化系统实时监控了水泥浆密度、流量、段浆量、段灰量和搅拌桩长度等数据,并达到了搅拌桩施工全过程监测的目的。通过“首桩”工程的实践应用,动态提升了水泥搅拌桩施工工艺水平、完善了桩长设计,建立了基于成桩数据和现场检测结果的理论分析、质量检测及评判方法。研究成果可以规范水泥搅拌桩的设计和施工,也可以提升公路软基工程的管理信息化水平。
Aiming at the problems of strong concealment,high difficulty in construction quality control and large dynamic difference in site geological conditions of cement mixing pile,data acquisition equipment such as density sensor,electromagnetic flowmeter and depth sensorsdensity sensor are introduced and upgraded by information technology and the internet of things.Relying on Suzhou-Taizhou Expressway(Section of Nanxun-Tongxiang),this information system monitors the data in real time,including cement slurry density,flow rate,segment slurry,segment ash and mixing pile length,and achieves the purpose of whole process monitoring of mixing pile construction.Through the practical application of the"first pile"project,the construction technology level and the pile length design of the cement mixing pile is dynamically improved,and the theoretical analysis,quality detection and evaluation methods based on pile data and field test results are established.The research results can standardize the design and construction of cement mixing pile and improve the management information level of highway soft foundation engineering.
