日粮添加牛至提取物对保育期仔猪生长性能、抗氧化能力和血清生化指标的影响

Effects of dietary oregano extract on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and serum biochemical indices of piglets during conservation period

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加牛至提取物对保育期仔猪生长性能、抗氧化能力和血清生化指标的影响,试验选择120头健康保育仔猪,其平均体重(7.65±0.11)kg,日龄30 d,试验共分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,对照组饲喂基础日粮试验I组,饲喂基础日粮+100 g/t牛至提取物,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+200 g/t牛至提取物,试验Ⅲ组饲喂基础日粮+300 g/t牛至提取物,试验为期40 d,试验结束后对各处理相关指标进行对比分析。试验结果显示,(1)生长性能:各组初始重、日平均采食量对比无显著差异(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组的末重、日平均增重显著高于其他三组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于其他三组(P<0.05);(2)抗氧化能力:与对照组相比,试验I组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶指标显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛显著降低(P<0.05);(3)血清生化指标:试验Ⅱ组总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量显著低于其他三组(P<0.05),球蛋白和白蛋白显著高于其他三组(P<0.05)。由此可知,在基础日粮中添加牛至提取物能提高保育仔猪的生长性能,改善抗氧化能力和血清生化指标,改善效果以200 g/t添加量最为明显。 The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of dietary supplementation of oregano extract on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and serum biochemical indices of piglets during conservation period.A total of 120 healthy piglets with average body weight of(7.65±0.11)kg and age of 30 days were selected and divided into 4 groups according to the dose difference of dietary supplementation of Oregano extract(3 replicates per group).Feeding the basic diet+100 g/t oregano extract was set as the control group,feeding the basic diet+100 g/t oregano extract was set as the trial group I,feeding the basic diet+200 g/t oregano extract was set as the trial groupⅡ,feeding the basic diet+300 g/t oregano extract was set as the trial groupⅢ.The trial period was 40 days.After the end of the experiment,the relevant indexes of each treatment were compared and analyzed.The results showed as follows:(1)growth performance:there were no significant differences in initial weight and daily average feed intake among all groups(P>0.05).The final weight and daily average gain of test groupⅡwere significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).(2)Antioxidant capacity:Compared with the control group,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase indexes in trial groups I,ⅡandⅢwere significantly increased,and malondialdehyde was significantly decreased;(3)Serum biochemical indices:the contents of total cholesterol and triglyceride in test groupⅡwere significantly lower than those in the other three groups(P<0.05),and globulin and albumin were significantly higher than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of oregano extract in the basic diet of piglets can enhance growth performance,increase antioxidant capacity and improve serum biochemical indexes,and the improvement effect of the above indexes is most obvious at the supplemental level of 200 g/t.
