摘要
文章旨在研究发酵啤酒糟(Fermented beer lees,FBL)对肉鸡生长性能,肠道形态及炎症因子基因表达的影响。试验将1800羽1日龄白羽肉鸡随机分为4组,每组9个重复,每个重复50羽。试验日粮分别添加0%、3%、6%和9%的FBL,试验为期42 d。FBL对肉鸡生长性能影响显著,9%的FBL组肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)显著降低2.77%(P<0.05),料肉比(F/G)显著提高6.90%(P<0.05)。9%的FBL组肉鸡十二指肠隐窝深度显著提高(P<0.05),V/C值显著降低(P<0.05);6%和9%的FBL组肉鸡回肠隐窝深度显著提高(P<0.05)。6%和9%的FBL组肉鸡十二指肠抗菌肽1(CATH1)和β-防御素1(AVBD1)表达显著降低(P<0.05),缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1α)表达显著提高(P<0.05);3%~9%FBL组肉鸡空肠CATH1表达显著降低(P<0.05),6%和9%的FBL组肉鸡空肠HIF-1α表达显著提高(P<0.05);6%和9%的FBL组肉鸡回肠CATH1表达显著降低(P<0.05),9%的FBL组肉鸡回肠HIF-1α表达显著提高(P<0.05)。本试验数据显示,9%的FBL对肉鸡肠道有一定的损伤作用,认为肉鸡日粮的FBL添加量不宜超过6%。
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of fermented beer lees(FBL)on the growth performance,intestinal morphology,and expression of inflammatory factor genes in broiler chickens.18001-day-old white feathered broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 1 group consisting of 9 replicates and 1 replicate consisting of 50 chickens.Add 0%,3%,6%,and 9%FBL as experimental feed for a total of 42 days.FBL has a significant impact on the growth performance of broiler chickens.The addition of 9%FBL significantly reduced the average daily gain(ADG)of broiler chickens by 2.77%(P<0.05),and the feed to meat ratio(F/G)significantly increased by 6.90%(P<0.05).9%of FBL group broiler chickens showed a significant increase in duodenal crypt depth(P<0.05)and a significant decrease in V/C value(P<0.05);The ileal crypt depth of broiler chickens in the 6%and 9%FBL groups significantly increased(P<0.05).6%and 9%FBL groups of broiler duodenal antimicrobial peptide 1(CATH1)andβ-The expression of defensin 1(AVBD1)was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1).Significant increase in expression(P<0.05);The expression of CATH1 in the jejunum of broiler chickens in the 3%~9%FBL group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while HIF-1 was found in the jejunum of broiler chickens in the 6%and 9%FBL groupsαSignificant increase in expression(P<0.05);The expression of CATH1 in the ileum of broiler chickens in the 6%and 9%FBL groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while HIF-1 was found in the ileum of broiler chickens in the 9%FBL groupαThe expression was significantly increased(P<0.05).The data from this experiment shows that 9%of FBL has a certain damaging effect on the intestines of broiler chickens,and it is believed that the amount of FBL added to the feed of broiler chickens should not exceed 6%.
