摘要
文章目的在于设计综合平台,集成传感器技术、数据采集与处理技术以及智能诊断算法,实现对水轮机内部压力、振动、温度等关键参数的实时监测和分析。结果表明,所设计的系统能够高效准确地捕捉和分析汽蚀特征,及时预警可能的问题,并为操作人员和管理者提供实时的诊断报告和建议,从而有效提升水轮机设备的安全性和可靠性。可为水力发电行业的技术进步和运维管理提供实质性的支持和保障。
The purpose of this study is to design a comprehensive platform,integrate sensor technology,data acquisition and processing technology and intelligent diagnosis algorithm,to realize the real-time monitoring and analysis of key parameters such as internal pressure,vibration and temperature of the turbine.The results show that the designed system can efficiently and accurately capture and analyze the cavitation characteristics,timely warn the possible problems,and provide real-time diagnostic reports and suggestions for operators and managers,so as to effectively improve the safety and reliability of the turbine equipment.This study can provide substantial support and guarantee for the technological progress and operation and maintenance management of the hydropower industry.
