Theoretical and practical analysis of using lime based material as KR desulfurizer for desulfurization

随着中国钢铁冶炼水平的不断发展,对入炉铁水质量要求愈加苛刻。KR铁水脱硫,尽管初始投资较大设备复杂,但其良好的脱硫效果以及长期低成本运行优势,使其在全国得以不断推广应用,但对其现场运行过程中脱硫效果的研究鲜有分析总结。基于此,文章通过分析某钢厂近几年KR脱硫积累的相关参数,对其脱硫效果进行系统梳理。

With the continuous development of China’s steel smelting level,the quality requirements for molten iron entering the furnace have become increasingly stringent.KR hot metal desulfurization,despite its large initial investment and complex equipment,its excellent desulfurization effect and long-term low-cost operating advantages have enabled it to be continuously promoted and applied nationwide.However,there is little analysis and summary of the desulfurization effect during its on-site operation.Based on this,this article systematically sorts out the desulfurization effect of a steel plant by analyzing the relevant parameters accumulated in KR desulfurization in recent years.
